Are you a top level Rail professional who has worked on operational projects within a UK TOC environment?
Due to internal restructuring my Client, a TOC based in the North are looking to speak with individuals who have experience as a top level leader of large scale operational change programmes in intricate environments.
This contract is likely to last 3 months and will get involved in a variety of challenges facing a high profile franchise including new train introduction, service modernisation, timetable changes and resource planning.
This is an interesting contract that requires an individual with “head of” or director level experience. You should have experience of working on large complex projects using a variety of project tools and must be able to bring together operational change plans and performance requirements. You should be an inspiring leader who is engaging, motivating and innovating whilst keeping the customers at the centre of any change programmes.
