You will have a fantastic opportunity to utilise your knowledge and skills by delivering a range of technical training along with advising customers on Technical aspects of lifting, which will enable them to complete the work accurately and within a safe manner. You will work autonomously to plan and execute training which will be required for the individual’s development. As the Technical Trainer you will have the opportunity to design, prepare, test and deliver new training courses. This position will be home based and you will be required to travel to sites.
Location(s): North of England/Interviews in Tamworth
Role and Responsibilities
- Travelling to sites, visiting the clients.
- Plan and execute training for individual’s development.
- Designing, preparing, testing and delivering training courses.

You will have experience in lifting equipment looking to take their next step in their career. An opportunity to grow as the company does, it will be a start of an exciting journey with the company. Great attention to detail along with the confidence to train customers face to face. You must be willing to work independently and travel away from home.
- Knowledge of lifting regulations including LOLER, PUWER, HASAWA BS 7121 part 1& 3.
- Strong self-organisation skills.
- Full UK driving Licensed
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
