Record growth drives Ford & Stanley Academy investment
Another record year of performance in 2017 and a full order book for Talent Services going into 2018 has allowed Ford & Stanley to reinvest profits into our Academy, with six additional members joining the team.

Ford & Stanley chairman, Peter Schofield says he is delighted by the calibre of the company’s new recruits and reflected on how critical team development is to Ford & Stanley’s ability to meet market demand and deliver services that continue to differentiate the company in an otherwise crowded market.

Football, Golf and Industry increase investment in talent
Whilst both demand for permanent and contract recruitment services remain buoyant, the start of 2018 has also seen a significant increase in national demand for Ford & Stanley’s wider talent services, as Peter explains:
“High profile clients in industry and sports have recently rewarded us with contracts for both leadership training, occupational mental health support and performance coaching services, which will see exponential growth of our GENIUS business through 2018 and beyond”.
