Contract Recruitment Consultant

Ford & Stanley Recruitment are looking to train an enthusiastic individual as a contract recruitment consultant. This involves building a professional network of high value contractors to place with clients, as well as resolving complex business problems. This is a brilliant, rewarding opportunity where hard work will directly contribute to positive outcomes.
Recruitment will push you out of your comfort zone and like any competitive industry, bravery and resilience are two characteristics that will be essential in this position. You will be expected to quickly pass through our development programme making senior level within 18 months to 2 years.
You will be joining our high-energy contract team, consisting of individuals with one common goal, mindset and set of values. On top of everything else, we have an industry leading training academy to ensure that our consultants outperform our competition. With full support from performance coaches from the sporting world, you will get all the help you need as you develop your thought process and capability as a high performer.
Being a top performer, your career will develop as you work directly with board members of multinational organisations, influencing the success of their customer base and taking home director level salaries.
