Role & Responsibilities
- With prior demonstrable experience of managing organisational change in a highly unionised engineering environment, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of Project, following good project management principals.
- Project Manage using sound principals, a people change project.
- Deal with Unions to agree Terms and Conditions for any changes that need to be made.
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional who has experience of Project Management and dealing with large organisational re-structures within an engineering environment.
You must have experience of dealing with industrial relations in a highly unionised environment.
Experience of working alongside unions to agree terms and conditions.
