Introducing the newest recruit to digital rail
Ford & Stanley are pleased to announce Nicholas Nunn has joined Ford & Stanley as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant and will be joining our digital rail sector of the business.
Don’t adjust your glasses, if he looks familiar this is because he is the twin brother to Oliver who joined us in March!
Prior to joining Ford & Stanley Nick was working for Games Workshop on a graduate placement, which has given him an excellent understanding on the different aspects of how a business works. He also studied at the University of Derby studying Zoology / Animal Biology.
Upon joining, he said “I am looking forward to increasing my knowledge of the digital rail sector and becoming an expert in recruiting. I joined Ford & Stanley as they are different to other companies I looked at; they care about their employees and clients/candidates – this is what really stood out to me. I am looking forward to starting the training programme which will allow me to reach my full potential.”
Rory Peverell, Senior Recruitment Consultant is leading the digital rail recruitment division of Ford & Stanley and commented: “Nick’s appointment into the business is further evidence of our investment into the digital rail market. He will be assisting me with ongoing development of our current client base, along with bringing other future technology businesses on board. His appointment comes due to an increased workload and subsequent rise in requirements; and also is in conjunction with a recent master vendor agreement that we have signed with a major digital rail business.
It is important to note that our rail infrastructure client base still remains, with our main focus being on disciplines such as signalling, electrification and permanent way, recruiting for designers, project managers and project engineers.
I look forward to working with Nick and wish him all the best for his future at Ford & Stanley.”
